Bio and Background

Ms. Arends is both an Attorney and Realtor. Her practice is in the area of pre- and post-foreclosure workouts and frequently involves repayment/forbearance plans, loan modifications and (lots of) short sale transactions.

Ms. Arends is active in a number of legal and civic organizations, including the Washington State Bar Association and King County Bar Association; and is a speaker at seminars and various real estate offices (Windermere, Keller Williams). As a new Instructor with the Washington Association of Realtors, she will be offering Clock Hour classes to Realtors throughout the state. She is also currently serving on the newly created Department of Licensing/Real Estate Commission Short Sale Task Force. As a frequent guest on Real Estate Radio with Goebbel and Gray (1150 AM KKNW), Lynn delivers the legal spin on issues affecting the real estate market today, with just a slight New York accent.

In addition to her volunteer activities, Lynn enjoys the theater, opera, symphony and cooking (mostly healthy). Sellers

If you are dissatisfied with the service we give you, you may cancel our Listing Agreement with absolutely no obligation, or we will sell your home for free (we will return our portion of the commission to you at closing).

Buyers

If you are ever dissatisfied with our service you may cancel our Buyer's Agreement at any time with absolutely no obligation. Plus, a buyer client will never be asked to pay any of our commission: If we find a For Sale By Owner that you want to purchase, and the sellers will not pay our commission, we will represent you in the purchase of that home for free.
