Timing really is everything...
Since 2003, I've been the attorney that does closings for title companies. Prior to that, I practiced law in New York. I've been a litigator and negotiated settlements, and with my MBA in Tax, I worked for the IRS.
In 2008, almost 90% of my closings business was REOs. So with the change in the law here in WA affecting Realtors and Distressed Property, I decided to get my real estate license and specialize. I’ve earned my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation and I’m here to help.
With my CPDE designation, I’m part of a member organization that handles hundreds of distressed properties on a monthly basis and I’d be happy to help you out.
